Controls Engineer
Join one of the best places to work in Utah
This individual will design, develop, fabricate, install and support electrical control systems: electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, controller software, & HMI system software. Interface closely with other engineers and technicians for project definition and test simulation of the final product.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all or most of these categories:
PLC Programming Experience:  AB ControlLogix/RSLogix 5000, Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Visual Basic.  CAD, AutoCAD knowledge for the generation of electrical drawings.  Knowledge of  HMI systems (Wonderware, RSView, Intellucion).
Codes and Standards:  Familiar with NEC, NFPA, CSA, UL508a, etc.
Industrial Communication Technologies:  RS485, RS232, Profibus, DeviceNet, Modbus, ModbusTCP.
P&ID drawings:  Ability to read and interpret industry-standards is a plus.
Networking:  IP addressing, switches and routers, TCP/IP

Requirements include:

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and political skills.
Preference to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Approximately 10-20% domestic and international travel.
This is a full-time, direct hire position in a growing company.

Education and Experience
B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical Aerospace Engineering preferred.
2-5 years experience preferred, non-manager.
